Professional Referral
Referrals are accepted from the following professionals:
Hitchin Partnership Family Support Workers
North Herts Family Centre
Social Workers
Community Mental Health Team
GPs
School SENCO and Pastoral Staff
Citizens Advice Bureau
If you are an organisation that would like to be recognised as a referrer, please contact us.
If you are not working with a professional or agency, please can we ask you to speak to your child’s school, they will be able advise you on any additional help that is available.
We have signposted below organisations that may help (please note these provisions could be subject to change)
